About the Founder

Discipline. Structure. Long-Term Strength.

My journey into strength and conditioning truly began during my time in the United States Marine Corps. Throughout my service, I sustained multiple injuries, including a serious back injury that eventually led to my separation. That experience pushed me to study training methodologies and the science of performance, recovery, and injury prevention — ultimately leading me to the Conjugate System, which became the foundation of my training philosophy.

Over the past seven years, I have dedicated myself to learning how to train effectively while minimizing unnecessary wear and tear on the body. Through education and real-world experience, I developed a system focused on strength, athleticism, longevity, and resilience using Conjugate principles. Today, through Valiant Creed Training, my mission is to help people become stronger, healthier, and more capable through intelligent, sustainable training.
